How do I change my email adress?

I no longer have access to email that is connected to my EA account, this is not that account but the one that is connected trough&nbsp; steam I can still access it somehow when I launch my game trough steam and go to EA overlay, I can see my account name and other things but when I try to change my email I first must verify it with a code that is sent to that email, but there is problem i no longer have access to it is there any way I can change it?

Hopefully you made the account recently- a lot of people are having this problem! They’ll ask you for your IP address (that you utilize the EA app on), billing information, birthday, and something else I believe… oh if you have any invoices from purchases in the last 12 months.&nbsp;
