Re: Issue redeeming Sims 3 World codes

Recently bought an add-on to Sims 3, Dragon Valley on December 24, 2025. I can SEE it on EA when I load the game to play, but when the game option to begin with, it does not show Dragon Valley. The code I entered states either I have to have Sims 3 to play, or the code was already used. I tried to find to refund the money and can't find it. Please help me with this.
