How do I get in contact with EA with no live chat option?

EA live chat support was telling me that The Sims Medieval was not linked to my account despite my having purchased it in 2015. They requested an invoice for a purchase I made a decade ago as "proof"...

EA is not like other companies. They don't have humans you can actually talk to. They're very shy 😭I hate so very much to be the bearer of bad news but your only option is to go on X/Twitter and send a message to (at sign) EAHelp

There is no guarantee that they will, listen to you, care about your issue, and/or send you a response.

I truly wish you the best of luck with this. I've had it happen to me but I had to buy the game again. Please keep us posted though.
