Purchase points on Xbox and not receive them

I keep trying to use the contact with this button to contact somebody, but it keeps on saying there was an error

    Xbox and almost been a day if I try to buy the same amount, it says there was a server error. Please try again later, but if I try to buy the amount above it, it lets me pay for it.

    Has the payment already been debited from your bank account, and can you see the transaction in your Xbox purchase history? If both are showing, our support team should be able to help. If not, it may be something you’ll need to raise with Xbox Support instead.
