I am in the same boat, I saw the chat, and was waiting the 163 min wait time just to change an email so I can use my account then the chat just... disappeared... As a software engineer I would say the login process or basic functionality is far below sub-par, and frustrating as it can possibly be. I'm stuck in a loop trying to change an email that needed to be verified before I can change it, as i'm already logged in and the email doesn't exist, why that makes sense I don't know. If anyone finds the elusive chat, please share the link!
