How do I get in contact with EA with no live chat option?

EA live chat support was telling me that The Sims Medieval was not linked to my account despite my having purchased it in 2015. They requested an invoice for a purchase I made a decade ago as "proof"...

Such poor customer service. I can’t link my steam account and now I’ve been trying to find out where to contact there people to help and there no help. None at all. I look online and everyone is saying the same thing. I’m just trying to play this new beta but forget it. I will not be buying the battlefield game since I can’t even play it.
