Is chat only available in the US? I can't get it to pop up. I've followed every step above and nothing. I'm having the same issues as others above. Changed my email on PSN and now I can't link to my EA account because it's still linked to my old email. Got an early access code for Battlefield 6 and can't even use it! For a company as big as EA to not have proper customer service is shocking. Happy to take your money but aren't there when you need any help.

i've been waiting here for 2 days+, so....all this seems pointless, remember never pre-order....
For what it's worth, there's no longer even an option to access a live chat. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and say that they've taken it down because they're inundated with complaints right now about people facing the same issues we all are with the BF6 beta.
I'd appreciate if I at least got some sort of ticket number or email acknowledgement-- it seems like my issue tickets are just disappearing into the ether and there's no way to know if/when they'll ever get back to me. I guess I can abandon all hope of playing the beta if I can't get this issue resolved.
