Just to clarify, EA does have live chat. Depending on the product and subject selected, the option might not appear. If the option is not currently available for you, please try selecting "EA Account" as a product, click on "see all topics", and then "I want to update my EA Account information." That should give you the option to start a chat.
I cannot figure out where you are talking about.
My issue is that I want to use my cc. I can't find it when using the EA app. I bought the disc on ebay last week so I can play offline only to find out that that origin no longer exists. So continuing the download from disc is not allowed as you can't get past that part of the install.
I had this all purchased on Steam but their support won't help me log in because I do not have my original credit card information that I used in 2018.
I just want to play and have fun. I do not want to be forced to purchase everything a 2nd time.
If anyone can help with anything listed above, I would appreciate it.
