How do I open a live chat?

I’m trying to recover a stolen ea account but i cannot figure out how to get passed this AI crap.  I hate this 
login issue

    Hi there. Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting a chat started. Try using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. When the bot presents you with an article, click on it and it should give you the option to chat. Thanks!

Hey that’s what I’ve been doing but it keeps bringing me to a AI bot that won’t let me get through to support.

    You need to choose an option where chat is supported. Are you being shown an article to click on?

      Yes, once I click on it, it keeps bringing me back to the same AI chat bot that doesn’t help me with anything

        What exactly do you need to contact an advisor for? I'll go through the help options and find one that gives you the option for chat.
