How do I open a live chat?

I’m trying to recover a stolen ea account but i cannot figure out how to get passed this AI crap.  I hate this

    Hi there. Sorry to hear you're having trouble getting a chat started. Try using the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of this page. When the bot presents you with an article, click on it and it should give you the option to chat. Thanks!

Hey man I need help with a similar problem, My xbox account is linked to an EA account but the email for that EA account is deleted, I need to talk to a real agent to get it sorted but it keeps sending me through this AI crap.

    Hello. Please follow these steps:

    1. Go here - https://help.ea.com/en/ea-account/
    2. Click on the 'Contact us' button at the bottom of the page
    3. Type "I need to update my email address"
    4. Enter the name of your game
    5. Enter the platform
    6. Click the Yes button when it shows the Update EA Account article
    7. Click on "Did this fix your issue?"
    8. Choose the No button
    9. Click on the Chat with us button
