How do I open a live chat?

Hello mate, my FC26 account has been banned for the reason of  (balance transfer).

1. I purchased FC26 on July 8th, 2026, with the hype of the World Cup that just finished, and this is my first ever football game I have played, and I am in love with the game and also paid over 1000 USD into the game and also purchased the most expensive edition of FC27.

2. Since July 8th, 2026, I have played almost 200 hours of FC26. I play it every single day. I am just playing the game normally without doing any wrong stuff. I don't grief in-game and always try my best to win the games.

3. I did not use any script bots to play my games. I play those games by myself and at least 14 games per week of SQB on high level.

4. If referring to the balance transfer ban, I have only bought a 99 rated Micheal Olise (with the coins I saved) to play with for a few days and got bored, then I sold him.

Please help me to unban the account😭😭 I would never risk the ban for the account I have put so much money in...

Best regards,
EdLaii
