How does one talk to a ea admin about a problem?

If it's something other than a ban or penalty, you can try accessing the contact form in EA HELP, selecting a different type of issue, such as account security, and filling in the relevant information. You should then see the option to chat with customer support.

However, if you want to appeal an issue related to a ban or penalty, unfortunately, according to EA's current terms of service, you can only appeal to the TOS department via email through EA HELP. EA staff elsewhere don't have the authority to handle these kinds of issues, and they're generally not interested in your problem, so I don't think you can expect them to provide effective assistance.

Worse still, according to community discussions, the TOS department is currently in a state of disarray. Most staff won't even look at your appeal; they'll just use AI or automated review to batch reject appeals to improve their KPIs. Only in very rare, lucky cases will your appeal be received and reviewed by someone still holding down the fort.

If you want to resolve the latter issue, and you can confirm that you haven't done anything that would warrant a ban, then I deeply sympathize. If your appeal is unsuccessful, it is recommended that you continue to appeal every week to a month.
