How long does it take for support to respond
Trying to link my PSN account to EA to redeem the early access code, but I haven't used EA in so long, my psn account is linked to an old email I dont use or even have access to anymore.

mdja1wtov2js So if your PSN is linked to an old email, how is EA support going to help you with an account that's not in their system. You would need to contact PS Support to get access to your PSN account.
I'm still not even sure what you're trying to do unlink an old one and relink a new one..
If you're trying to unlink the account you shouldn't need access to the old PSN account to unlink it. Just go in and click unlink.PSN has been updated for several years, EA says my PSN name is linked to a different email, (my old one), and wants me to log in with that email, which i cant because I dont know the password, and obviously can't reset it....but thanks for not answering my question
No one here will know response times for EA Help, but if you already reached out to them, that is your best bet.

I'm guessing support doesn't work on the weekend. I just hate dealing with customer support for any company 😆

I have the same issue. I used to play BF games on my PlayStation then moved to PC. My email address at the time became unavailable so I made a new EA account with my new email address.
I have a chance to play the BF6 beta on Thursday, but my GFX card has died so I wanted to play it on my PS5 instead. I can't do that since my PSN account is linked to the old EA account. I want to unlink it so I can link it to the current account thereby giving me access to the early beta.
I have contacted EA, but not heard back yet.The PSN account is linked from within the EA account. Not from the PSN side.
Im the original poster, I managed to reset my password on my old email, ea gives an option to text your phone number a code. So here I am. Now im trying to figure out how to unlink this or change my email here lol
