How long does it take for support to respond
Trying to link my PSN account to EA to redeem the early access code, but I haven't used EA in so long, my psn account is linked to an old email I dont use or even have access to anymore.

Same issue here, but the old email I have is not accessible anymore, it's in a domain that doesn't have inbox anymore. I know the password to login but they send a confirmation email and well. So I've sent two tickets to EA but it's been 2 weeks without any responses 😃😃😃
