i wanted a refund for my ea subscription since im in the uk and can request a refund within 14 days.

i have spent 30 mins trying to contact a real person but its litrealy impossible i keep clicking contact support which takes me to some beta ai live chat which is the worst ai support ive ever seen in my life. no matter what i try with the ai it wont solve my problem or let me contact a real person. can someone from ea please contact me since your **bleep** ai cant help me
