How to contact advisor ?

I tried so many times to contact ea  advisor from two weeks ago,  however every time i can't get respond. waiting for email  over one hour . that's crazy live chat just like funny.Do I have to wait until next Christmas?

    Hi zkBI31852​,

    Let's see...could you try this workaround, and let us know how you get on with those steps? 

    • Open a private window / incognito mode
    • Click on this guide: How to update your EA Account
    • Scroll to the bottom and select 'Contact Us'
    • DO NOT SIGN IN > Click 'Continue as Guest' instead   
    • Fill in the information asked for > Click 'Submit' - Try using a different email to the one registered to the EA account you're having issues with.

     

    Hopefully, that helps the case connect through to the support team's side.
