Submit an Appeal option is bugged there is no Email us Option anymore.

Hi.

So my EA was stolen and banned. I verified ownership and got my account back. I was informed by the EA live agent that i need to submit an Appeal by going on 

https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/
Select option Submit an Appeal then Game Apex Legends then Platform EA. After this an option will appear which will say Email Us. Now the issue is there is only one option in that page and that is go to Penalty history.

On penalty history the EA is showing i have 0 Bans. When i go in game there is a ban. The email us option is disabled so i cant submit an appeal. When i go live chat they get flabbergasted when you mention something that they are not trained to do for example telling them the link you gave doesn't have the email us option when you tell them this they instantly close live chat and just leave.

 

I have asked in discord server where 10 friends tried the same thing and all 10 of my friends who tried the Submit an Appeal option said there is no Email us option appearing for them as well.

  • I'm experiencing the same contact issue. My account has been incorrectly banned after false reports by ragers. The customer service team on live chat can be very rude, they just copy and paste the same responses and immediately close the chats! And I know my appeals are not being looked at correctly because I've never cheated in my life! This is a sad situation when legit players of 7 years are getting banned, 3 heirlooms, 750hrs and thousand plus dollars down the drain....

    Hey poguoss​

    If you're not seeing the ban in your penalty history or the email option after submitting that web form, please check your connected accounts and order history to confirm you're on the correct account. You'll only have the option to appeal if you're signed in to the account that has an active account action.

    Once you've signed in to the correct account, if you're still not seeing anything in the Penalty History tool and the email option is missing, please reach out to live support and ask them to help you create a case.

    i am having similar issue. I am on correct account. I contacted live support they said they cant help me because the only way to contact Terms of service team is through the Email us option (which is disabled) and through Penalty history( My penalty history says i am not banned). Please fix the webform and bring back email us opt

    Sorry to hear that live support wasn't able to help that time. While it's true that emailing Terms of Service is the next best route, since the usual options aren't available when your Penalty History page is empty, live support should be able to help you create a case. While this isn't ideal, I'm afraid you'll need to contact live support again for assistance.
