How to fix a hacked EA account?

I would like to ask about my EA data being hacked. Is there anything I can do to fix it?

I can't reset my password because my data was hacked and the data inside was changed, so I can't do anything.

Also because i cant link my apex legends account with steam due to it being hacked.
