Hey, all. So I decided to delete my account tonight but I cannot find where to open a Case, or to contact an EA Advisor in order to do so. It's like they bury it on purpose to make it super hard to find. If anyone can help, that would be much appreciated.
It's literally impossible to get in contact with anyone or fix any issue. I've been trying for months, years. The worst company I've ever dealt with. Absolute dog **bleep**

The "Contact us" button at the bottom of the guide below should let you open a case to request account deletion.

If it helps, I just tried as a guest and was shown the live chat option after filling out the initial form that appears when the contact button is selected.
I used the "delete EA account" just to get the live chat option. Was no virtual line a few min ago when I talked to them if you're still looking to delete
