So this is me trying as a guest, and after this it will open a link ask me to sign in.
the chat give me IDK? seriously?
or if i ask about penalty it will come straight to this, and I cant even create a ticket.
some time it even fails to load the page.

Community ManagerI see. The main issue is that even though the penalty history is showing correctly, you’re unable to submit an appeal case. Please try changing the issue type to a different account-related issue so you can reach out to one of our live agents.
I have tried different methods, and even on the live chat said an advisor will email me, I never got an email, it even give case numbers. never once did i manage to get through a live agents.
