Account hack and lost my 3 months worth of grinding (shards)

My account was hacked and I found that my 42 k shards were used for exchanging riquelme 120 cam. I was planning on exchanging kvaratskhelia. is there any way for me to refund and get my tokens back . I hope I will be able to start playing again, for now I've quit this game as my 3months worth of progress is gone.
