I have sent many messages to EA Support through EA Help, but I still haven’t received any response. Could you please help me get in contact with EA Support?
Community ManagerIf you follow the link I send and create a case, try using the live chat, which will let you contact Support directly. If you can only send an e-mail, please wait for an answer, which can take several days, instead of sending off several messages, as each new message can push your case to the end of the waiting list again.
Thanks for your reply! I’ve been emailing EA Support through EA Help and trying Live Chat since last year, but I still haven’t gotten any response. So I honestly don’t know what else I can do to recover my account.
My account issue has not been resolved for several months. I have dozens of games on my account, and I have spent a significant amount of money purchasing them.
