    unfortunately, we can't help with account recovery here in the forum, as we don't have access to account information. Please contact EA Support to get access to your account back.

Thanks for your reply! I’ve been emailing EA Support through EA Help and trying Live Chat since last year, but I still haven’t gotten any response. So I honestly don’t know what else I can do to recover my account.

what happens when you contact Support through the live chat? A chat should automatically pop up and connect you to a support agent.
