I’ve been hacked and banned and EA won’t do anything!!!

Beyond that, I'm afraid the only option to have this looked into further would be an additional appeal. We wouldn't be able to verify whether or not the account is reinstated or have any impact on that decision, sorry.

I’ve shown all my evidence. I’ve appealed multiple times. The hacker has got away with it. I’ve been banned. You don’t care about the honest and loyal players, your company just cares about money in their back pocket. If my account isn’t going to be reinstated and reimbursed, I want a refund for the game. I don’t deserve to be charged for a game that I’m not allowed to use the full function of due to a hacker.

If you haven't already, please be sure to go through as many of these security steps as possible to help get your account and system back into your control. Beyond that if the issue was not resolved, you're welcome to either submit a new appeal for the ban or resume a case to reach back out to support again. 

I understand you've already reached out multiple times, but we are not able to review or discuss any account details here on the forums. If support determined the ban cannot be removed or nothing can be restored on the account, you'll need to get back in touch with them if you think that's incorrect and want to have it reviewed further.
