I am in a serious predicament
Hi! I have been a long time Sims player (like, since elementary school) and my EA account was attached to my ELEMENTARY SCHOOL email. Like, the email the school gave me. Well, long story short I haven't had a problem and kinda forgot the EA account was attached to the email because I log in with my EA ID. Then, when I switched computers, it was asking for me to verify the email. Well, the email was deleted/archived by my elementary school a long time ago so I cannot access the email to get the code. Is there any way that I verify the account in another way? Security questions? I will literally give EA my drivers license and other identification to prove I am the account oliviagrammar because I have over 10,000 hours and probably $1700 worth of packs on that account. Please, someone at the Sims team or EA contact me and work this out. The Sims has been a very important part of my life for over 14 years and I would really love to continue on the same account I have been playing on for most of my life.
