I am trying to start a case but It always brings me back to the topic I picked

I am trying to delete an account right now, but whenever I try to resume my case it just brings me back to the topic I selected. This has been happening for the past couple of days and I have no clue how to fix this. Is there anyone who knows how to fix this?

    I know how to get help im saying i need help fixing this resume case problem. I try to resume the case but I just brings me back to the topic i selected and never resumed the case. Maybe this is normal but nobody is contacting me.

    Most likely the agents considered the case finished and closed it. The best you can do is to start a new case.
