I can’t change my email which I have not changed anytime before

Whenever I tried to update my email I get “We can't complete your request. Your email address could be invalid or you may have recently updated it.”. It has been a while that I try and wait for but there seems to be an issue with it. Is there anyone that can help me update it? Thanks

    Do you have multiple EA account by any chance teber31​ and could the email you are trying to use be linked to an existing EA account?
