I can log into the EA website, but not the app.

     Hey, so I'm having a ton of trouble logging into the EA app. When I pt in my information it says that the password is invalid, even though I know that can't be true because it  works perfectly when I enter the exact some on on the EA website. And when I click forgot password on the app it prompts me to send a verification code, but it never does. I'm 100% positive that the information is correct, and I have quadruple checked it each time I enter it for typos.  I have repaired the app from the uninstall screen, uninstalled and reinstalled it, and cleared my cache. But is still won't work. I'm really confused and some help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!
