I cannot link/connect my Prime Gaming to EA ... Please help!

Hello again, I'm back with sad news.

Its  been a couple of days and nothing's changed. Loot was not claimed... As mentioned before, now its all linked, no errors, but every time I try to claim the loot, it just keeps forcing me to link account, and when I go trough the process, all is well but in the end it just puts me on the same window where it says get in-game content, when I click it, same old link account button...
