I used to have access to the email linked to this account, but last year my pc broke, and I lost all ability to get Into the email. I need my 2FA turned off, or my email swapped for me, as every time I try It needs a code I cannot get.

Please try to gather what information you can from emails or EA platforms if you're still able to log in before trying again. There should be no limits on attempts, but unfortunately, live support would be the only channel for support in cases like this, as we don't have the necessary tools or records to help here on the forums.
I did do everything i could within reason, i cannot give card info, but EVERYTHING else i did. EA support is just trash
