I can't access my EA account

When I try to log into my EA account using Steam, it sends the verification code to an old email address that I no longer have access to. I need to change the email address linked to my EA account, but EA Support hasn't responded to my messages.

    After creating the ticket, I connected to a live customer representative, provided the necessary information, and was able to change my email address within 5-10 minutes

    I have the same issue, my old email address cannot receive email from EA, then I cannot login to EA account, how can I change the email address?
