I cant enter
Hello EA Support,
My PlayStation Network (PSN) account is currently linked to an old or inaccessible EA account, and I’m unable to log in or change the email address due to service limitations.
Whenever I try to log in or link a new EA account, I get the error: "Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply."
Please help me unlink my PSN account so I can connect it to a new or correct EA account.
Here are my details:
- PSN ID: [your-PSN-ID]
- EA Email (if known): [[edit: email address removed]]
- Game: [e.g. FIFA 24, Apex Legends, etc.]
I'm not sure which email was used for the linked EA account
