I can't login in using my old account

I can't login using my old account so I deleted the game then reinstalled it n tried using guest to see if it's ea fc or my account and surprising it opened just fine but when I switched to my old account it's just kept loading forever like I could hear the music playing but nothing is happening 

So EA can you help me with this problem
