I can't login old email address that is locked

I can't log into me EA account as my old email address is locked and my phone number has changed since then.  I have tried getting access to my hotmail account back via Microsoft but no luck.

For the life of me I can't find a way to contact EA about getting the details on my old account changed to my updated details.  I have purchased many BF games linked to the old account and don't want to lose it.  Has anyone else had this happen and did you get your account back/updated your information on it?
