I forgot my EA account linked to my Steam account

I have an EA account connected to my Steam account. I don't remember when I created it and I forgot this account. I bought a game from Steam and it is asking for this account. I couldn't find the acc...

    We wouldn't be able to discuss account details or make any changes here since these are public forums, but our support team should be able to help verify and update those account details.

    If you create a new case here and select Game Support > EA Account > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.
