I have received no support in recovering my hacked account.

...and the one avenue which promised support has now been closed off to me for no apparent reason.

I don't know when this happened, but at some point in the past my actual EA account, the one linked to my Steam, was hacked and the email changed to some .RU address, then banned. Now I want to recover this account for obvious reasons, or at least get it disconnected from my Steam, but EA has provided no support. Since the email of my account was changed I have no means of logging in, since I don't have access to the authentication code without accessing the email that was never mine. I instead opened tickets with this email, which incidentally is the one which was originally associated with the hacked account in question, however I received no reply before the tickets were declared "resolved" and I have no option of opening up a new ticket. As proof I have attached a pair of screenshots for "My Cases" and the "I need help with my hacked account" page, which gives me no option to contact support. Additionally EA seems to lack a customer support number, so as of now I have literally no means of contacting EA for support with this issue, support which I was promised but never received.

Edit: I think what happened is that I was shadowbanned for opening two cases back to back. To be clear this was done by mistake before I properly made this account, so if I could be unbanned, assuming that's what happened, and have one of those cases reopened that would be much appreciated.
