I need support to unlink an old Xbox account from my EA Account.

Hi,

I have an old Xbox account that I no longer have access to linked to my EA App.  I'd like to get this unlinked / deactivated so I can link it to my current Xbox account.  I've opened a ticket with support, but it's not been actioned for literal months.  I'm reaching out here.  Further information can be found in Case #202804249.

    you can only link one platform account of a kind to an EA account in the lifetime of that EA account. You can try contacting EA Support again, maybe per live chat instead of e-mail, and explain your situation there, so that they might maybe make an exception and link the account manually.

    We don't have access to account information here and can therefore not help with this kind of problem.

    Hi EA_Pythia,

    I've contacted support 4 times (via live chat) and they've been unable to help.  I've requested updates multiple times, but I've been told to stop doing this as it puts the ticket at the back of the que.  I really need some assistance here.

    We don't have access to account information here - only support can help with things like this. If they ask you to not request updates, that sounds like they're working on it or something. If a case is open and ongoing, please don't open a new case as this, as the advisors already said, will push the case to the back of the queue again.
