I Recently Purchased the Bobby Charlton Card 122 Ovr But I Did Not Receive Him

I bought the Bobby charlton card but did not receive him. I want my star shards or my card to be given. It makes me really mad that this happens. I have no gotten a response in a week somebody help please.

    I’m sorry to hear that you haven’t received your 122 OVR Bobby Charlton after making the purchase one week.

    Just to confirm, are you referring to EA SPORTS FC Mobile? If so, please contact Customer Service in-game Help.

    1. Select the Settings (cogwheel) icon on the home screen. 
    2. Select the arrow icon next to Customer Service and follow the instructions to get in touch with them.
