I want my twitch account unlinked

Have you unlinked and re-linked Twitch to the EA account within the last 6 months? If so, what you're experiencing is likely the 6-month cooldown period from that point. To unlink Twitch during this period, you'll want to contact our support team by using the Contact Us button at the bottom of that page. 

Normally, you'll be able to unlink Twitch by following the steps below: 

1. Access your Connected Accounts 
2. Select the account you want to unlink (Twitch) and confirm the selection
3. Then unlink from the Twitch side:
   Go to twitch.tv and log in > Settings > Connections > Other Connections > Electronic Arts and click disconnect
