Hi Mar2an1412​, 

Is the issue with your account related to the ban/suspension you mentioned here: I want to make a petition. My account has been blocked and suspended

If it is about your ban/suspension, could you make sure you're following the steps for mobile players to send in a ban appeal? They are a bit different from PC players. These are the steps: 

  • Open the webform. 
  • Fill out the form with as much detail as possible.
  • Select Submit.
  • Then select Email us.
