Disconnects

Why am I continually being disconnected when I have excellent internet connection? I just got booted from my Super Bowl in mut squads. I was up two scores with about a minute and a half left. Also got a pop up that said it wouldn’t count and guess what? It counted. I contacted ea support on instagram and have received no response. I also had to contact via instagram becuase you make putting in a ticket so difficult and you just get run around instead of simply being able to do it. I have video proof. The lack of customer support and the lack of your ability and accountability to fix your servers is so grotesque and so deliberately terrible. I would say roughly 4-10 games I’m disconnect. Is this people cheating? If so where’s my rewards and their punishment? Other games have the ability to do some and take care of their community. I expect compensation or I’ll literally never purchase or play an EA game in my life again. I’ve spent thousands on ea games and in game purchases. This is not acceptable.
