Im heavily dissapointed

I am getting kicked from drafts and losing them entirely multiple times, and I am not being eligible for draft token in EA FC 27 on PC. This happened to me so many times, with me only getting a refund 1 time. I have now built 3 drafts that have just gone out the window without me even getting to play them. I even faced a hacker, where I couldnt control my players. Im expecting to at least getting draft tokens, to make up for this.

And also, the fact that I cant even speak to a real person through the support, only makes me think EA doesnt care about their players. Im seriously hoping after this, that I can at least have a discussion with a real person, instead of an AI chatbot.
