Im not able to link

I heve been looking across the forums and nothing helps due to the sillly ai thing that stops me. I just want to be able to link my old xbox account to my new one to get all my stuff back. ive clinke...

If you're having issues logging in and not able to change it due to the 2FA, I'd recommend contacting EA Support so they can help you with the changing of your login data.

As we don't have access to account details here in the forum, we unfortunately can not help with these kinds of issues.

Hello hallclan1,

are you talking about in-game stuff or games in general? You're trying to link your old xbox account to a new EA account?

Are you getting an error message there/did you already unlink your Xbox account from the old EA account?

Progress doesn't move from one EA account to another, if you relink a platform account, as it's bound to the original EA account. So if you want to play on a new EA account with the old progress, that will unfortunately not be possible.
