Is this some sort of deflection for cases? This does not work.

I keep getting this message every time I update my ticket.  However, the instructions are wrong. I cannot do this for any case on my list, whether it is closed or open.

We got your reply to our previous email, but to get help, you’ll need to continue your case through chat.

To do that, follow these steps.

    1. Sign in to your EA Account.
    2. Go to My Cases.
    3. Select your existing case from the list, then choose Resume Case to start a chat with an advisor.

Why chat?
Chat connects you directly with an advisor who can pick up where your emails left off.

Heads-up: The only way to continue your case is through chat. We won’t see replies to this email.

Thanks,
EA Help

  • To find the chat, I had to do the following.  It's buried and looks to be by design, making it harder for folks to create tickets. Typical EA style.

    • Click Help By Game from the help.ea.com site.
    • Search for Battlefield 6
    • Click on Battlefield 6
    • Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page (really, the bottom? Why not the top for visibility to users)
    • Click Contact Us.
    • Select Battlefield 6 (again)
    • Click Yes.
    • Use the chat to select the platform and the battle pass.
    • Then it takes me to a self-help page that is absolutely useless and provides no help.
    • Then click on Chat with Us.

Hey ShadowMosesOG is the option for chat not available for you?

If so, can you try a different browser and network even to see if that makes any difference. I tested it there on my side and was able to open a case so let's see what we can do.

I tried Firefox, Chrome, and Edge, and it's still the same.  Just says Close Case or View Case
