Is this some sort of deflection for cases? This does not work.

To find the chat, I had to do the following. It's buried and looks to be by design, making it harder for folks to create tickets. Typical EA style.
- Click Help By Game from the help.ea.com site.
- Search for Battlefield 6
- Click on Battlefield 6
- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page (really, the bottom? Why not the top for visibility to users)
- Click Contact Us.
- Select Battlefield 6 (again)
- Click Yes.
- Use the chat to select the platform and the battle pass.
- Then it takes me to a self-help page that is absolutely useless and provides no help.
- Then click on Chat with Us.
