Issue with ea connecting accounts

Im having issues with ea and connect my accounts .

When I do so its stating 

"Your accounts can't be linked because your PlayStation  network account ....... already linked to your ea account 7e******@disabled. ea.com"

Which i have no clue what is??

Any help would be appreciated
