Issues with creating a teenage account

Question

I've been trying to set up an account for my son months ago, but ran into issues at the time. Right now I'm trying to go through the whole process again, but I'm running around in circles as it does not want to work. It will not send any emails over to my son's email account, even though I've triple checked the address.

When we are prompted to reset the password, it is still linked to my account, we go through the whole reset process, it tells us we had success doing so, but then when I enter the new password, we're being told it is invalid.

What is the next step to get his account up and running for him?

What issues did you run in when you tried to set up the teen account last time?
And are you trying to create a brand new EA account for your son, or are you upgrading their child account to a teen account? From what you're describing it sounds like it might have been a child account previously.&nbsp;
If that is the case, the account should usually upgrade automatically to a teen account once the child reaches the minimum age of the respective country (more information on upgrading to a teen account here).&nbsp;
