I tried to contact EA Help for a week to receive the game currency I purchased, but I never received anything.

I contacted EA Help multiple times and received no real assistance, even after trying almost everything I could. "Chat with Us" was not a real chat with a real person. For a whole week, I felt like I was talking to nobody.

Eventually, I found out that I could contact Google for a refund. I never wanted a refund, and I just wanted the game currency I paid for. But I guess EA didn't want my money.

EA is terrible at helping its customers.

AND I WILL NEVER PLAY YOUR GAME AGAIN.

Block me or whatever. I just needed to get this off my chest.

Thanks for posting. Regarding your comment that "Chat with Us" was not a real chat with a real person, there may be some misunderstanding here. It's possible that you were still in the queue waiting to be connected to one of our advisors. The advisors themselves are real people.
Could you explain a bit more about what happened during your experience? That may help us better understand what you encountered.
