Trouble contacting a EA advisor

Does anyone know why i cant click on "Contact a Advisor" in the EA help menu? My Xbox account has unlinked from my EA and linked to my mobile account and its making me wait 6 months, which i find unnecisary since i never recieved any notice of this account change. Anyhow i didnt think much of it until i tried to play BattleFront2. but all of my Progress is gone and i am completely out of Compitition, I suspect its because of the Account change. i tried to contact an advisor with the account i want to be linked with the xbox account. the advisor suggested i go to my other one and find help. i didnt that but i am unable to click "Contact a Advisor". I would love any help as i am experiencing great frustration.

    If you are seeing a message about waiting 6 months then I understand the frustration but this is not something that we or anyone else can speed up or change. The risk is covered in this help article 

    How to unlink your platform from an EA Account

    When you link accounts, it creates a lifetime link to protect you from malicious activity and help prevent performance issues in your games.

    You can unlink your platform accounts from your EA Account if you want to link them to a different EA Account, as long as that EA Account has never had the same account type linked to it before in its lifetime.

    That means if you unlink an Xbox gamertag from your EA Account, you can’t link a different Xbox gamertag to it in the future.

    Once you unlink a platform account from your EA Account and link it to a new one, you can’t unlink it again for six months.

     

    We are happy to pass your feedback on about this but much as I wish I could, there's nothing we can do to make this go faster.

    In other games it is possible to link another gamertag to your account. Why do you  always want to be percieved as the most customer unfriendly business? I really don't get it. The only thing u say is ''we understand your frustration'' and ''we cant change anything about it''. Useless..

    Hey Umut_Demir_742​ it is possible to link another Gamertag to your EA account in some circumstances but it is not always possible due to a couple of reasons.

    What is the issue you are having?
