Been trying to contact EA support , sent them emails and been waiting on Live Chat with an agent and so far no Response
live chat has 99+ people waiting GL is all i can say, theyre being useless

I spoke with someone this morning and couldn't gain access to the account because I couldn't remember all the info for a 25 year old account. The username, email, my name, birthday, country, wasn't enough. They wanted credit cards tied to the account ip address used in the account phone number linked to it. And any ea pro purchases made 25 years ago. They told me they belive its my account but since I cant provide all this info accurately they cant do anything for me
